• Please head straight to the Welcome Table when you arrive, even if you are showing up for early entry.
• We’ll have some things to give you (including your shirt), and some important details to share.
• You won’t be eligible for the Door Prize drawing if you don’t check-in!

Here's a quick breakdown of where you'll find everything at the event venue:

• The Welcome Table
  • Located by the front entrance of the venue.
  • Please stop here when you arrive.
• Restrooms
  • Downstairs - Located right next to the entry to the garage.
  • Upstairs - Located near the pool table.
• The Garage
  • Here you'll find the Main Stage, LAN party, VR station, muliple consoles, arcade boxes, pinball, and more.
  • All of the Gaming Challenges are located in the Garage.
• The Downstairs
  • Some additional video games and other party games are available in this area.
• The Upstairs
  • Pool, darts and additional gaming is available here (16+ only please).
• The Back Patio
  • All of the food and beverages are being served from the back patio, but feel free to take it with you throughout the venue.
  • You'll also find 2 firepits, stuff to make S'mores, party games, and more.
  • Yard games like Cornhole, Spike Ball, and more are also available
  • This is where the official Cornhole Tounrament is located.

Note: Please do not access any other areas, hallways, or rooms in the venue.

• Snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day, served from covered patio in the backyard.
• Feel free to take your food with you, throughout the venue.
• Dinner will be served from 5:00-6:30pm.
• S'mores will be available to make at the outdoor firepit (weather permitting).
  
  Note: The use of alcohol and/or drugs is prohibted at this event.

This year, we’re going to have a ton of awesome door prizes available to win! Along with attending the event, here are a few ways to earn additional door prize drawing entries:

• Participate in one or more of the 3 posted Gaming Challenges.
• Participate in the Cornhole Tournament.
• Finish in the Top 5 in one or more of the Gaming Challenges/Cornhole Tournament (5 extra entries for 1st, 4 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd, etc.).

You can only win once, but the more entries you have, the more likely it is that your name will be drawn toward the top of the list!

Note: Door prizes will be given away around 7:15pm. You must be present to win without prior approval.

From 2:00-6:30pm, there will be 3 different Gaming Challenges (pinball, arcade, VR & yard game) available for you to take part in. Here are a few Challenge details:

• Earn extra entries toward the Door Prize drawing.
• The overall winner of each Challenge will win an exclusive Sponsor Grand Prize.
• Each Challenge runner-up will win a $20 Amazon Gift Card.

Here are the four Challenges, and where they're located:

• VR - BEAT SABER
  • Played at the VR station located in the garage.
  • Play the DEMO SONG.
  • You get ONE shot to score as many points as you can!
  • There will be NO PRACTICE turns on this Challenge.
  • Record your score after finishing the song.
  • Ring the bell if you need help!
     
• Arcade - CENTIPEDE
  • ​​​​​Available on one of the GSBox Arcade systems located in the garage
  • Hit the insert coin/credit button to start.
  • Play until you get a game over (do not CONTINUE).
  • Take up to 3 turns to score as many points as you can!
  • There will be NO PRACTICE turns on this Challenge.
  • You can take your turns anytime during the Challenge portion of the event.
     
• Arcade - 1941: COUNTER ATTACK
  • ​​​​​Available on one of the GSBox Arcade systems located in the garage
  • Hit the insert coin/credit button to start.
  • Play until you get a game over (do not CONTINUE).
  • Take up to 3 turns to score as many points as you can!
  • There will be NO PRACTICE turns on this Challenge.
  • You can take your turns anytime during the Challenge portion of the event.

Look for the official Challenge rules and scoresheets at each station.

We’re excited to have such a great turnout for the Cornhole Tournament – 44 participants! Here are a few quick notes:

• The first round will begin at 3:30.
• Each player from the winning team will receive an exclusive prize from our Sponsors.
• Each player from the 2nd place team will receive a gift card.
• It is very important that participants are present and ready to play at each game time.

After the Challenge Awards & Door Prize drawing, stick around for even more fun during “Overtime” as we’ll be holding a Halo Tournament, continuing open gaming, and tuning in to UFC 320 around 10pm.

Halo Tournament

• Starts around 8:30 in the garage.
• Participants signed up ahead of time.
• Will be played in a round robin format.
• Winner gets $100 in Amazon Gift Cards.
• 2nd and 3rd place also receive cards ($60 and $20).
