• Please head straight to the Welcome Table when you arrive, even if you are showing up for early entry or arriving later in the day.
• We’ll have some things to give you (including your shirt), and some important details to share.
• You won’t be eligible for the Door Prize drawing if you don’t check-in!

Here's a quick breakdown of where you'll find everything at the event venue:

• The Welcome Table
  • Located by the front entrance of the venue.
  • Please stop here when you arrive.
• Restrooms
  • Downstairs - Located right next to the entry to the garage.
  • Upstairs - Located near the pool table.
• The Garage
  • Here you'll find the Arcade Experience (pinball, foosball, arcade games, and more), LAN party, Console area (Xbox & Switch), and more.
  • All of the Gaming Challenges are located in the Garage.
• The Living Room Area
  • Some additional video games and other party games are available in this area.
• The Upstairs
  • Pool and darts available here (16+ only please).
• The Back Yard & Patio
  • Cornhole and other yard games are available here - this is where the official Cornhole Tounrament is located.
  • Food and beverages are being served from the back patio, but feel free to take it with you throughout the venue.
  • You'll also find 2 firepits, stuff to make S'mores, party games, and more.
  • The UFC Watch Party will also take place here at the end of the night.

Note: Please do not access any other areas, hallways, or rooms in the venue.

• Snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day, served from covered patio in the backyard, as well as a selection of drinks in the garage.
• There are also two marked fridges on the main floor that will have beverages available.
• Feel free to take your food with you, throughout the venue.
• Dinner will be served from 5:00-6:30pm.
• S'mores will be available to make at the outdoor firepit (weather permitting).
  
  Note: The use of alcohol is prohibted at this event.

We have a big selection of awesome Door Prizes available to win! Along with attending the event, here are the other ways to earn additional door prize drawing entries:

• Participate in one or more of the 3 posted Gaming Challenges.
• Participate in the Cornhole Tournament.
• Finish in the Top 5 in one or more of the Gaming Challenges/Cornhole Tournament (5 extra entries for 1st, 4 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd, etc.).

You can only win one Door Prize, but the more entries you have, the more likely it is that your name will be drawn toward the top of the list! Prizes are first come, first served.

Note: Door prizes will be given away around 7:00pm. You must be present to win without prior approval.

You'll find plenty of gaming available in the garage, and you're welcome to play any of it throughout the day! There's also pool and darts upstairs, card & board games, and yard games outside. If you're brining a PC, you can setup in the LAN area in the garage - check in with Andy or Nick of you need help.

From 2:00-6:30pm, there will be 3 different Gaming Challenges (2 pinball challenges and 1 arcade challenge) available for you to take part in. Here are the Challenge details:

• Earn an extra entry toward the Door Prize drawing for each Challenge you enter.
• The overall winner of each Challenge will win an exclusive Grand Prize (see the prize table for more details).
• Each Challenge runner-up will win a $25 Amazon Gift Card.
• All Challenges end at 6:30pm.

Here are the Challenge details:

• Arcade - RAIDEN FIGHTERS JET
  • NOTE: RECORD YOUR SCORE ASAP. IT GOES AWAY AFTER THE GAME OVER COUNTDOWN.​​​​​
  • Available in the Arcade Experience presented by Motorola.
  • Hit the insert coin/credit button to start.
  • Choose any ship to fly.
  • Play until you get a game over (do not CONTINUE) and record your score.
  • Take up to 3 turns to score as many points as you can!
  • There will be NO PRACTICE turns on this Challenge. You must record your first three attempts (or less).
     
• Pinball - JAWS
  • ​​​​​Available in the Arcade Experience presented by Motorola.
  • Hit the insert coin/credit button to start.
  • Play until you get a game over (do not CONTINUE) and record your score.
  • Take up to 3 turns to score as many points as you can!
  • There will be NO PRACTICE turns on this Challenge. You must record your first three attempts (or less).
     
• Pinball - JURASSIC PARK
  • NOTE: RECORD YOUR SCORE ASAP. IT GOES AWAY QUICKLY.
  • ​​​​​Available in the Arcade Experience presented by Motorola.
  • Hit the insert coin/credit button to start.
  • Play until you get a game over (do not CONTINUE) and record your score.
  • Take up to 3 turns to score as many points as you can!
  • There will be NO PRACTICE turns on this Challenge. You must record your first three attempts (or less).

After the Challenge Awards & Door Prize drawing, stick around for even more fun during “Overtime” as we’ll be holding a Halo Tournament, continuing open gaming, and tuning in to UFC 320 around 10pm.

Halo Tournament

• Starts around 8:30 in the garage.
• Participants signed up ahead of time.
• Will be played in a round robin format.
• Winner gets $150 in Amazon Gift Cards.
• 2nd and 3rd place also receive cards ($75 and $25).
